For those who are planning a special meal to celebrate Tu Bishvat, here is a complete seder ceremony from Ritual Well.
The seder is divided into four sections. Each section begins with verses related to various fruits and ends with a cup of wine. Each cup of wine is a different color, to symbolize the changing seasons. During the seder, participants also partake of wheat, barley and olives and discuss the seven species, shiv’at haminim.
Make sure to come hungry – and thirsty! Like the Passover seder, it ends with the words, “Next Year in Jerusalem!”
