It’s Friday and time for our weekly challah recipe. This recipe, for Spinach and Ricotta-Stuffed Challah, is obviously dairy. Depending on your level of kosherness, you can serve it before a meat course, or enjoy large slices as a Saturday lunch dish with a salad on the side.
It’s also a great way to hide some veggies in those carbs. We definitely give a holler for this challah!
